Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Undergarments or swimwear for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@dickrunnings.info with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Lifescal is not responsible for return items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirmation. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
